Glenn joined HOWE Real Estate in 2021 as a Realtor, Residential and Investment Specialist. He is a transplant to the Louisville area, starting a real estate career after over ten years in the entertainment industry.
Glenn brings his extensive background as a paralegal, contract analyst, and entrepreneur to his clients in the real estate world.
After spending over ten years in the TV/Film and music industry, providing legal support for such companies as Netflix, A&E TV Networks, and INgrooves Music Group, he moved to Louisville from Los Angeles and began his career in real estate.
In addition to his role at HOWE, Glenn provides key support and leadership for Black Key Club LLC, a local property management company, as their Director of Business Development. He is actively involved in ongoing rehabs and flips for residential and multifamily properties. He advises real estate investors with portfolio development, including new acquisitions, management of contractors for getting properties “rent ready” and traditional long-term leasing for property management.
